No. You don’t have to be a Licensed Real estate agent to buy and build houses.

I am ready to sell, what should I do next?

Contact us and fill out the information to get your process started. You can also request a call or email from one of our representatives.

What happens after I sign the purchase agreement?

You will be notified immediately once we receive your purchase agreement so you can be aware that we are starting the purchase process. We will then schedule an onsite inspection and title search. Once both are cleared, the title company will communicate with you to arrange closing and payment preferences. It usually takes 25-45 days to close.

What are my closing costs?

We will pay for all inspection as well as closing costs involved in the purchase process which normally include deed preparation, recording fees, abstract searches, title fees. The seller is only responsible for paying their Documentary stamp, Proration of taxes for the current year, and Estoppel Letter if your lot has an HOA

What if one of the owners is no longer on the title, or has passed away?

Not to worry. There might be a couple of extra steps to take to be able to move forward to closing if probate is required, but our team is here to guide you through the process and explain what you should do next. Contact us!
